Turning Kopi means the exact location is unknown; Kuching, Sarawak, is the primary location, but I can sell my coffee anywhere. Turning Kopi also refers to launching the suggested beverage of the day in accordance with the mood of the day, which implies daily variation. In the word of “turning” mean can go everywhere, and “kopi” is a word that comes from Bahasa Malay, is Malaysia’s people familiar with this word compared to English.
